FLYERS INCH CLOSER TO FIVE HUNDRED

The Esterhazy Flyers moved to within a game of .500 by virtue of an impressive 7-2 win over the KW Oil Kings on Friday night.

Eleven different players found the scoresheet with Adamik Frumen setting up three Flyer goals.  Jesse Stevenson scored a pair and singles came from Riley Woytas, Drew Putland, Jon Jensen, Koal Roberts, and Nevin Gurniak.

Carson Harcourt and Brandon Munro scored for the Oil Kings, who are floundering in the basement with a 1-7-and-1 record.

Esterhazy improves to 4-5-and-1 with the win.

The Oil Kings host Ochapowace on Saturday before the league breaks for Christmas.  Games will resume December 29th with the Thunder hosting Bredenbury.
