TIGERS STRIKE FOR GAME ONE WIN IN LEAGUE FINAL

The Rocanville Tigers let a 3-0 lead get away before regrouping and defeating the Theodore Buffalos 6-4 in game one of the Triangle Hockey League final on Sunday night.

Devin LeBlanc broke a 4-4 tie with 6:08 remaining in the third period and then Ryan Regel added an empty netter.  Both players, as well as Brett Hope scored two goals in this one to account for the bulk of the offense. Niko Grose added three assists.

Logan Calanchie, Derrick Schwartz, Josh Garbutt, and Kevin Stringfellow scored for Theodore.

Game two is Friday in Theodore.
