BUFFS MOVING ON
- Submitted by
Morgan Salkeld scored three goals, including the winner at 1:35 of the second overtime period as the Theodore Buffalos capped a magnificent comeback with a 6-5 win, on the road, to defeat the Bredenbury Cougars and win their best of five series 3-games-to-1.

The Cougars had leads of 3-1 and 4-2 in the first period and were up 5-3 when Salkeld's second of the game at 11:22 of the third got Theodore to within one.  Byran Hull forced OT with 18 seconds remaining in regulation and then Salkeld won it early in the second extra session.

Justin Keller and Kevin Stringfellow also scored for the Buffs.

Chris Korchinski, Zach Korchinski, Don St Marie, Drew Putland, and Dylan Trowell scored for the Cougars.

When the league final schedule is decided, it will be posted on the website.
